Your business is better than your website.
Let's fix that in about five days, not months.

You've spent years building a reputation your website doesn't show. We build the website that finally matches it, properly, in about five days — and once it's yours, on the Priority plan a change is live in 24 hours.

The build

One website, built properly, once.

All prices in Canadian dollars. You see the finished website before you pay for any of it.

3 weeks vs 24 hours

That's the difference the Priority plan makes. A new price, a new photo, a new page — done the same day or the next one, guaranteed in writing.

Care plans

Two plans. One keeps it running. One keeps it moving.

Monthly, in Canadian dollars. Cancel any time at the end of the period. The full terms are written in plain English.

Essential

$29 CAD / month
Month to month. Priced like a do-it-yourself builder — without the do-it-yourself.
  • Hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups
  • Security updates and around-the-clock monitoring
  • If it goes down, we bring it back — no charge
  • One quick fix a month, included — a phone number, hours, a price, a photo
  • Anything more: $45 CAD an hour, about a week
The one most owners pick

Priority

$200 CAD / month
Month to month. Everything in Essential, plus your changes — fast, in writing.
  • Up to 10 change requests a month, included — about an hour each
  • Each one done within 24 hours — guaranteed. Late on one? $20 CAD back, every time
  • Words, pictures, prices, hours, layout and styling
  • Your website assistant kept running (up to 300 minutes of conversation a month)
  • You deal with the person who does the work

No plan at all? That's fine too. You take the website with you, and one-off updates are always available at $195 CAD per request, with about a week's turnaround.

Plain English

What a "change request" actually means.

We'd rather tell you the edges up front than argue about them later.

One request is

  • One message, about one page: new hours, three photos swapped, a paragraph rewritten, a price list updated
  • Any words, photographs, prices, menus, staff, notices
  • Moving sections around, colours, spacing, styling
  • If we got it wrong, the fix is free. If you change your mind, that's a new request
  • A whole new page counts as three

Quoted separately

  • Booking or scheduling systems
  • Customer accounts and logins
  • Taking payments
  • Connecting other software
  • Writing your copy or branding from scratch, or a redesign

The 24 hours run Monday to Friday, from the moment we have everything we need — the words, the photos, the exact change. Sent Friday at 4, done by Monday at 4. Each request covers up to an hour of work; unused requests don't roll over, and an eleventh one waits for next month or goes at $45 CAD an hour, your choice. We take up to fifteen business days a year off, announced two weeks ahead; the clock pauses, but a website that goes down still gets fixed the same day.

On Essential, the quick fix is one request of up to an hour on one page — a number, hours, a price, a photo, a notice, a typo — done within five business days. After that, $45 CAD an hour, with an estimate first if it's more than an hour.

The Trade Desk — we'll consider a trade

Not every good business has cash sitting idle, and we'd rather build than miss a business worth building for. So we'll look at a trade for the build — not for care plans, which stay on regular billing.

  • The offer should be worth at least the package, at honest market value
  • Goods need to be shippable, or you arrange freight
  • Services need to be something we would genuinely use
  • Considered case by case — most are declined, and that's not personal
  • An invoice is issued at fair value either way, because the tax people expect one
Make a trade offer

If you want it, you pay for it.
If you pass, you owe nothing.

You see the finished work before a single invoice exists — because the work should be good enough to sell itself.
